  • Janet, could you please show us what your feed settings and formatting code look like? I looked at the link you gave, and I’m sure we can help you get this looking much better.

    @janetwatgtbible,

    Weird. WHat kind of Google Account are you using? Is it a business account or shared account?

    @jlee30259,

    I am not sure about future plans, but all I can say is that currently the calendar must be public for everything to work properly.

    @aparente001

    This is what is on my calendar page (previous link)

    [gcal id=”5619,5627,5626,5625,5624,5623,5622,5621,5620,5628″]

    When I went to “edit feed” for my first calendar, this is what I found:

    <div class=”gce-list-event gce-tooltip-event”>[event-title]</div>
    <div>Starts: [start-time]</div>
    <div>Ends: [end-date] – [end-time]</div>
    [if-location]
    <div>Location: [location]</div>
    [/if-location]

    that is not what was there last time I looked – isn’t that where I copied and pasted the calendar ID from Google?
    I am so confused…

    @nick Young

    It is a free business account

    Hmmm. That’s a lot of separate calendars in your gcal id= list.

    I think you should try to start fresh, following all the steps in the documentation shown under the “FAQ” tab. If it’s still not working, then could you please share:
    – your calendar ID
    – a screenshot of your feed settings
    – your feed formatting code
    – your shortcode
    – the version of the plugin you are using

    Thank you!

    @aparente001

    I was planning to uninstall and start over this afternoon.
    I was just looking through the documentation you mentioned under the FAQ tab. It says to make the calendar public. I checked our calendars and this is not checked – it wasn’t before when it was working. The only options when making the calendar public are either let everyone see all event details or only see free/busy. Our calendars were set up so people who looked at them on the webpage could see the name of the event, the time, and where but everything else was hidden. (We use the “description” for notes that are not to be public.) Before I uninstall, does any of this help?

    @janetwatgtbible,

    Sorry for the confusion with the private/public issue. Were you able to get it all working now?

    Assuming this is resolved now. Let us know if you need any more help.

    Thanks!
