I would be grateful for any comments and assistance with the following:

? The drop down list of default Woocommerce email templates in the customiser does not include those for the “Shipped Order” and “Changed Tracking” emails (on my site anyway). They are certainly included in the Email tab in the Settings for latest version of Woocommerce.

Can they be included in the designer, and if so, how?

? When customising the “New Order” template, there is supposedly the ability to add additional email addresses under “Recipients”, provided they are comma separated.

I have entered the default email address and one further one, with a comma in place.
However the email is not being received by the second address.

Has anyone else experienced this problem?

    Hi @mc1969
    Thanks for reaching out!
    1. What version of WooCommerce are you running? Are you using and WooCommerce extension plugins?

    2. You would need to contact WooCommerce regarding that as it’s nothing something this plugin controls.

    All the best,
    Hannah

    Hi Hannah

    Thanks for your response.

However, as I hadn’t heard anything back from the Forum, I contacted the plugin Support team directly, and they have since given satisfactory answers to my questions.
