Duplicate purchase conversions can happen. The Pixel Manager has various methods implemented that reduce or event completely prevent duplicate purchase conversions to happen in Google Analytics. If you use the free version of the Pixel Manager all tracking happens through browser pixels. This has some disadvantages which reduces tracking accuracy. Please read more about it over here: https://sweetcode.com/docs/wpm/faq#not-all-conversions-are-being-reported
