Website https://tromnews.com/ – Using Firefox. If I load the homepage all works fine, if I load it again I get the above errors and no slider will work to “slide”. This happened since the last update of the plugin.

If I regenerate the Elementor assets it works again, but then I refresh the page and they stop working. I can only replicate on Firefox…

    Hi @tiotrom,
Greetings. Thanks for reaching out. Hope you are doing well.

Regarding your query, I have checked the URL you shared on Chrome and Firefox according to the way you have tested but it seems working fine from my end. For reference please check this screencast – https://d.pr/v/ieGzGp

Also, regarding the error details you shared, it seems the error is not coming from Essential Addons for Elementor. I would like to suggest you clear your website cache and browser cache and check again.

Hope this will help you out. Please let me know how it goes.

    Thanks.

    Hi @tiotrom,
Greetings. Hope you are doing well.

Thank you so much for your reply and for confirming that it’s working on your end. I truly appreciate your feedback. I will go ahead and close this topic for now.

    Thanks and Regards.

I experienced this same issue after recently updating Elementor. Going to Elementor->Settings and just clicking Save Changes appears to clear the issue. I’ve had it happen on 2 sites and that worked both times.

    Hi @jboyjw,
Greetings. Hope you are doing well.

Regarding your query, I would like to suggest you to try doing the following: go to?wp-admin -> Essential Addons?then, switch to the ‘Tools’ tab and hit the ‘Regenerate Assets’ button. Check out this screenshot:?https://d.pr/i/iBccDw

Also, make sure to Regenerate Files from wp-admin -> Elementor -> Tools -> General as well. Check out this screenshot: https://d.pr/i/N6WC1d

If the issue still persists, please try clearing your browser cache (by pressing shift+ctrl+R) or try another browser too.

When we do update the plugin to the latest version for Elementor and Essential Addons, some times due to the caching issue the updated code couldn’t be load on browser. Regenerate asset will help you out.

Please feel free to reach out anytime you have issues or queries. We are always here to assist you.
    Thank you.
