Some email (not all) are in flamingo but not sent by email

Hello, I know this subject is oftenly treated but I can’t find my exact issue.
I have this form (as a lead, this form request a file upload of 0.9mb max), which is in use since 2 years now. The client for which I created this form regularly get email from it (about 10/week). It appears now that 2 peoples in 15 days have completed the email, get the green message of validation but for which my client didn’t get the email.
For this form, the To field is set to one main email address and to 2 other email addresses with the additional headers cc field. Nobody got these two emails.
Hopefully, I have Flamingo and the messages are saved in it (but without the uploaded file).
I have no information if this happened before the last version of CF7 but I updated CF7 three weeks ago I think.
The from field is set like this : “Site foo <info@domain.com>”. Where info@domain.com is an active email address.I read several post about this but what I don’t understand is 99% of completed forms are sent, so I’m not sure where to dig.
