Some emails don’t go to main mail

    Good morning,
    I think I have configured the plugin well, in fact the test is successful. However, I noticed that on Gmail some emails end up in the “Promotions” tab and not in the “Main” one.
    Can anyone tell me why this happens?

    Hi there @umberto69,

    Gmail’s system determines which emails get placed in the Promotions tab based on a number of factors, including the content of the emails. There are quite a few posts around the web that discuss how to avoid the promotions tab, but you’ll want to do some research to find which method or methods work best for your particular site.
