• We started using this add-on 2 months ago and we’ve noticed that some free emails like gmail and hotmail still get through the forms. I have also noticed that the entries are getting saved on Hubspot but are not on Gravity Forms entry list.

Our Gravity forms are connected to Hubspot.

What do you have for your settings for the field, and are the entries that come through in the gravity forms admin?

As far as Hubspot, Hubspot default settings collects leads as they are typed. They don’t wait for the Gravity Forms form validation before collecting the lead, so it basically bypasses it altogether.

I applied the blocking of free emails in the Global settings. I’m not sure what you mean by this “are the entries that come through in the gravity forms admin?”

It looks like the issue is really being cause by Hubspot collecting leads as they are being entered, and not after submission.

Confirming this plugin does not work as expected. It totally breaks the native GravityForms logic and sends an email anyway. I have 10 required fields and I only put in a negative domain for this plugin and the form still submits on the backend. And the user gets the form required fields error. Deactivated plugin and moving on to something else.
