Some emails in the order process are not sent

  • Hello,

    Some emails are not sent by Wocommerce during an order. However, notifications of low stock are received, as are those informing that an order has been cancelled.

    The email options are checked, some plugins are deactivated for testing, and as I receive some emails, including those from WordPress, I have ruled out a general problem with sending emails.

    If anyone has a suggestion, I’m interested, because I don’t understand… ??

    Perhaps an indication, I find this in the log:

    CRITICAL Transactional email triggered fatal error for callback bewpi_mpdf_after_write

    But I’m not good enough to understand what it is and where to act. ??
