Some emails not picked up by default template

    I have spent a while setting up all the email templates and they’re working well and look good. The problem I have is that there are some WooCommerce emails which are not being styled according to the default template (the one that should apply to all emails that aren’t specified in other templates).

    The emails are for WooCommerce Lottery plugin – some of them are being styled by the default template and some of them aren’t. Unfortunately the ones going to the customer are not being styled, and appear as plain text instead.

    Is there a way to fix this?

    I’m confused, you already said you got the email and I included a download link in the email. Can you download the file? It’s a WeTransfer link. I don’t use Google Drive.
