Some enhancement : accept an ID of a page (better SECTION)

Hi,

First note that I try to make understand to many that the “paginated” with post into “pages” is confusing (with “pages” opposited to “post” which are both “posts”…).

As the concept of “section” is not used in WP I have migrated for my own docs and applications to “Section” when a ( -nextpage- is used)

To coordinate the use of a Table of Content for a whole POST and be able to produce it in a best way I have enhanced my version to integrate new parameters to manage “sections”.

This is an enhanced version of your plugin which I have upgraded with your last changes.
