Some Entries Missing

    Hi there,

    We have an issue with Metform where there are missing form entries when we check them on the back-end. You can see in the screenshot below our entries seem to skip numbers entirely. I.E. #420, #418, #398 (where it seems like there are 20 missing entries?)

    What would be causing those numbered entries to not appear?

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    I understand the issue you mentioned. Please be informed that none of your submissions is getting missed. Currently, the entry number is showing based on the post id of the form entry. As the post number is generated based on the post types sometimes the serials are missed.

    We have used post type id number as entry id to avoid number conflict between entry numbers as the post ID always remains unique and planning to change it now using a serialized unique number for entry id.

    We will provide it in our next MetForm release and this issue will be solved. Till then please have patience and keep the plugin updated!
