some external JS not getting defered

I’m trying to get a static copy of my site running and Autoptimize has been awesome at being so specific in what it does. Thanks for that. However, GTMetrics (pagespeed) tells me there is a bunch of JS that is not deferred. Also there is a large number of DNS lookups (per YSLOW). Could you tell me how to curb these? I have enabled the “Also aggregate inline JS” option.
