Some features don’t appear (child pages, links…)

    Hi,

    I’m testing WP sync for Notion and I think it could be great but I can’t manage to make some features appear. Maybe some are normal ?
    On the page, the texts, images and video appear well but everything else won’t work.

    I have a callout that doesn’t appear well, the title and the icon are ok but other lines inside don’t appear
    There were 9 children pages that haven’t been created (and many more children from children pages after that)
    None of the dates appear either
    And none of the links either -> Links on text or preview
    And finally, I had a widget integration (indify) which doesn’t appear.

    Everything on the website is updated, I’m on php 7.4, connexion on Notion and children pages are ok too.
    Any idea ?

    Thank you for reaching out.

    To help us diagnose and address the issue more effectively:

    • Could you provide us with screenshots of both your mapping and the full connection configuration?
    • If possible, please access the directory: /wp-content/uploads/notionwpsync-logs, and send us the logs.
    • It would also be helpful if you could record and share a Loom video that captures the specific issue you’re encountering.

    I’d also like to mention that as of now, we do not support the import and display of widgets in our integration.

    i get same problems, on wp side content is missing, just only two/four string of the notion page.

    Last log:

    2023-11-21 17:14:18 log :: Starting importer…

    no errors in log files.

    Hi,

    Could you please send screenshots of :

    • the mapping configuration you made
    • the full admin configuration

    Then, can you send a video using Loom where the error appears?

    It will help us better understand where the problem comes from.

    I’m having the same issue. The text on the page comes through fine but not the bookmarks.

    I can’t seem to post screen shots here for some reason, but it’s pretty straightforward.

    Currently, our Notion WP Sync doesn’t support this kind of field. you can find all the supported fields here
