Some Fields does not appears anymore

You can enable or disable form fields in the plugin settings. ..a place take a look.

I have make a screenshot of my BO wordpress WP Tickets’ settings, where you can’t find the way to enable or disable the fields “priority” or “attachements”. I remember that at my first use i have both fields and I tried each other, and it was a success, but suddenly it disappeared
