Some fields missing

    WP : 6.4.1
    CF7 : 5.8.4
    Theme : DIVI

    There are several fields above the fields being displayed on the form that are not showing up. Worked on previous versions of WP, but they have seems to have disappeared recently.

    Any ideas on how to check if there’s something odd? They are all just basic text fields for name, address, etc.

    Where on the site do you have the form having the issue?

    I had to react quickly and moved to Gravity. There were a bunch of fields below some dropdowns for name, address, etc. Guessing it was some old code since the site is 6+ years old.
