    Hi @ibiza69

Unfortunately, we are not the developer of this profile tab plugin.
    https://es.www.ads-software.com/plugins/profile-tabs-for-ultimate-member/

I suggest that you contact the developer and keep their plugin updated as we’ve made and released some updates recently.

Good morning @champsupertramp, but couldn′t you help us with this matter?

As we had that plugin working perfectly, untill this last UM update, that broke it and because it.

So shouldn′t an update from your plugin, breaks others, don′t you think? This is why we are asking for some help with the links that broke up after update, as if we have this solved, there shouldn′t be any other problem.

Thanks once more for your time and dedication.

    Hi @ibiza69

We have no control over third-party plugins. When we create security patches or updating features to comply with the WP core changes, they should adjust their plugin as well if something breaks on their end. We are giving them 1-3 weeks to make adjustments and make it fully compatible with our plugin.

Hi @champsupertramp, maybe didn′t explain well. If we have a plugin working correctly, untill UM makes an update and breaks all links inside that other plugin. The problem is others plugin developers? This is what you mean, because you broke all the links that worked perfectly untill this past UM version? So Um can break other plugins and the fault is other plugins developers? Sorry, can′t understand this way of thinking. As the plugin keeps working, didn′t fall, the problem is that all links created inside of it, after your update broke, none of them work, so all our users can′t use their menu / tabs, we have all pages broken and you say, that is the other plugin problem, because you camed, broke it and it’s their fault? You think this is a professional way of face these types of situations? Just to leave clients with all this broken in another plugin, after your update? Thank you.

    Hi @ibiza69

On the 3rd-party plugin page, it states that “This plugin hasn’t been tested with the latest 3 major releases of WordPress. It may no longer be maintained or supported and may have compatibility issues when used with more recent versions of WordPress.” https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/profile-tabs-for-ultimate-member/

So there’s an issue with the developer even the WP core is not compatible with the plugin because they don’t update it on their end. We don’t have control over this plugin just to make it compatible as we don’t own it, we have some plugins to take care of. There are thousands of plugin that we cannot guarantee its compatibility with UM plugin.

I think it’s not the case, this plugin was recommended in the past by UM, and it wasn′t updated since long ago, but it did the job perfectly, till a few days ago, when you updated yours and all links stopped working. So, we ask you how could we update those links to work again and you start talking about all this, that is not helping, just making all of us loose time and not helping, when you could give a hand and try to underestand why those links don′t work anymore after this last update, as the plugin worked fine, with no errors at all, nor at google developers console, either at logs. many, many, many users use this Tabs Plugin for their UM plugin, to combine and have a menu, as Um can′t provide it. But you seem not to be interested on helping them, or us, can′t understand why?
