Some images I can’t download

    In the last few days, I’ve found there are a number of images that I simply can’t download anymore.

    The Download Options section is missing but there is no message or alert explaining why.

    Is this an issue with the plugin or a restriction on my account perhaps? An explanation within the plugin would be handy if it is a restriction on my account.

    Hi @dfc005,
    It sounds like this might be happening because the images are not part of your agreement. Two thoughts that might help:
    1) Are you using the latest version of the plugin (3.0.7)?
    2) We introduced new search filters that, if you’re a signed in user, allow you to filter your search results to your agreement type. You’ll find those search filters under “Product Types” at the top of the “Filter and Sort” menu. You can choose between Ultrapack, Premium Access, Easy Access, Editorial Subscription.

    Please let me know if that doesn’t solve the problem and you continue to see issues with some images.

    Great. I’ve now checked added my subscription (Editorial Subscription) to the Product Types and will monitor to see if it’s still happening.
