• Hello,

I have been using the pro version of this plugin.
Currently we have this problem that the first 5 products or so in the slider get displayed (which are initially visible in the slider)

When sliding further through some product images don’t show / load?
When I wait for them to load they don’t show until I start moving the slider again. This is in Chrome and Safari (IOS), Firefox (IOS) does not seem to have this issue. On PC (Microsoft) everything seems to work fine in all the browsers (Edge, Firefox, Chrome).

I’m not sure what is causing this problem.
Someone experiencing the same thing and found a solution for this?

    Thanks in advance

    Thanks for your post,

I would like to recommend you to use different size(Thumbnail, Medium, WooCommerce Thumbnail) of thumbnails, try using the smaller size and test the result. please see the screenshot

If this still not helps check image size(MB, KB) manually, try optimizing your images size(MB, KB), you can also use the cache plugin.

    Let me know the result.

    Hello,

Thank you for the quick response.

I am already using the smallest image size (thumbnail).
(around 5kb for non retina & 60kb Retina)
I’m also using a caching plugin (WProcket).

I thought it might have been the lazyload that comes with it.
But i disabled this for the slider with no effect.

The slider has 15 items which might be a bit much to load, but the other items seem to load fine. Here is an example of what is happening.

Just give me 2-3 days i will fix and update the plugin.

    Hello,

Has this issue been fixed yet?

Because as of now (version 2.2.22) I don’t see any changes.
I cleared my cache and purged all my minified scripts / style sheets.
    (Tested in chrome on IOS)

hi, sorry for the late reply, i didn’t find the solution for this problem,

i just noticed on your site there is data-lazy-src attribute on img tag might come from 3rd party plugin, do you use any plugin for image lazy load?

    Please see the screenshot

i guess the image loading issue causes from 3rd party plugin.

    Hello,

I had currently deactivated a piece of code which removed these lazyload tags, to see if it had any effect with the latest version.

This is now active again, so no lazyload code should be attached to the slider images anymore.

And i’m still getting the same result.

*Edit: I just noticed something, the code for deactivating the lazy load for the slider is active and I can see this on the back-end, but on the front-end it does not apply.

I cleared my cache (wp rocket) and purged my minified scripts / stylesheets.
Is there another form of cache causing this to not take immediate effect?

    Regards
