Some images not loading

We are aware of an issue within the plugin that is causing blank images to appear within the search results for some users. Is it possible for you to share a screenshot of the issue you are seeing that includes the address bar? If not, can you please provide the domain name of your site?

With this info we should be able to resolve the problem for you.

We made a change on our end behind the scenes that should resolve the issue you’re seeing with the blank images appearing in search. Can you take a look today and let me know if you’re still having issues?

Hi Karissa, this seems to be happening on all our domains that use the Getty plugin.

The main domains are zerotackle.com and zerohanger.com

We’ve made a change on our end to allow for zerotackle.com and zerohanger.com to work as expected when searching. Can you take another look and let me know if that resolved the issue?
