some images not loading on front end & library

  • All of a sudden some of my images are not showing on the front end and in the library – when the media library is in ‘list’ view – when I switch to ‘grid’ view they are displayed – but still not on front end.

    I’ve toggled the jet pack ‘Image Accelerator’ on/off and ‘Enable site accelerator’ and problem persists. I have also, deactivated plugins and switched theme from Elementor ‘Hello’ to ‘Twenty-Twenty Three’. Plus, I have flushed DNS, and server side cache.


    Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks

    OK I’ve worked it out. I had hotlink protection enabled via cpanel. Now I have to work out how to have it enabled but allow all images to load ??
