    Hi!

    I’m testing free Lifter LMS in my staging environment.

    I need to know two things please:

    1.
    I see that, with paypal payment, I can redirect user to a custom Thank you page, after payment is done.
    Can I do the same with manual payment?
    I see that the user is redirected to order detail in dashboard, but I want to redirect to custom thank you page also in this case.

    2.
    I don’t understand when the system send the email notification for a new payment due.
    Is the email sent 2/3/4/ecc..(when?) days before the date of next payment?
    Is this email sent only with Manual recurring payment or also with Paypal recurring payment?

    Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to redirect to a custom thank you page when using the manual payment gateway. You can hire a developer to help you with this. Also, it seems you have the PayPal extension, kindly reach out to us through your LifterLMS account to better help you here

    The email will be sent on the day the subscription expires. For example, if your student buys a course today 11th November 2020, the email will be sent on 11th December 2020(this is assuming it’s for a month) and yes this email is only sent with the Manual Recurring payment. For Paypal and Stripe, the student will automatically lose access to the course and will need to pay before having access again.

    No problem for the redirect to custom Thank You page with manual payment gateway.

    For the renew of the subscription, other two questions:

    1.
    In case of manual recurring payment, can we set up a notification sent at least 1 day before the expiring day?
    I’d like to avoid exipration of subscription, and permit user to renew it before expire.

    2.
    Do you confirm that, with the paypal automatic recurring payment active, the user will not automatically lose the access on the renew day, because the payment of the renew is automatically processed, and the subscription will continue remain alive?

    Unfortunately, we do not have this setting by default with LifterLMS. You may need to hire a developer to help you with this.
