Some Instagram videos play in webpage, others in new tab, despite same settings.

    Well, we have investigated your issue with many ways and at last we’re able figure it out why It’s happening. Actually, Instagram allows to play the video inside the page when your video is under 30 seconds. So, In this case, If your video is 30 seconds+, then It will show ‘Watch on Instagram‘.     So, It’s happening due to the Instagram video duration (as per Instagram Embedded Video Duration Rules).
