Some invoices not created in pdf

    Hi.

    I use a plugin to insert Amazon orders into WooCommerce.
    For some of these imported orders creating an invoice with pdf invoices plugin does not work.
    Why? I really don`t know!
    For all other orders (the ones that are created directly in WooCommerce and some of the imported ones) your plugin works fine.
    Attached you find an example. Can you help me with that?

    Hello Marie,
    Can you temporarily enable Debug Output in the Status tab and then try again? It looks like there may be an error that prevents the PDF from being created, disrupting the process somewhere where the totals would normally be generated.

    Copy the error that you see after trying the PDF again and disable debug output again. Let me know what you find!

    Is it because of the plugin Woocommerce German Market that I use?

    Hello Marie,
    Indeed, this appears to be a WooCommerce German Market issue rather than an issue with PDF Invoices & Packing Slips. I recommend contacting the WGM developers and show them this screenshot, which should help them find the root cause (which appears to be shipping tax related).

    Thank you. Yes, I updated the plugin WooCommerce German Market and now everything works fine.
