Some Issues

Hi,

I was using theme 2014 till now and decided to change to Point but I have lost some of the features which I was already using in theme 2014 after I changed to Point and I would like to get some of them back so kindly help. I know they a lot but appreciate your help. Thanks in advance.

1. Adding Homepage Menu
2. Adding drop down sub-menus
3. My latest Posts are not showing on top instead theme has randomly chosen some categories. How can change to add the latest posts on both body content and header posts.

4.I was using Intelliwidget to add different ads (adsense, chitiaka) in the sidebar for each post separately but now I am only able to sidebar for ads and when I put code in sidebar, it shows blank. Can use some plugin similar to intelliwidegt to add different ads on all posts. Also the AD management option gives only option to put same ad on all pages and I want to put different ads. How is that possible?

5.How and where to add author profile?
6.In 125*125 ads I am able to ad link but how I can upload the image?
