Some issues after altering settings of an accordeon

There’s something with the accordion box. I cannot remove a thick grey line under the accordion. I tried many options, but without success.

Next strange thing is that I can open more than one accordion, but I had the option
“Enable Collapse Mode(Toggle one or more Accordion together)” set to No.

These issues after editing an accordion.
If I create a new accordion (by design e.g.) then there are no issues at all!
