Some issues with responsiveness and other things
-
Hi, @slidervilla,
I installed the Lite version of your slider and made some tests on my website. The 3D effects are very beautiful but in general I have several remarks which stop me from making the slider live on my website:
1. I didn’t see an option to add media images in the slider – there are options only for pages/post and I think this is a great disadvantage. For example, I want (and I suppose many other like me) to pick any image by my choice and attach a custom link to it in the slide (including external links, not only links to pages/posts within the same website).
2. The slider is not responsive. I saw that the PRO version should be responsive but it is not – when I narrow my browser window the images in the slide are getting flat and deformed instead of the whole slider to resize itself and to keep the original ration.
3. You can add some non-linear speed at the beginning and at the end of the slide transition – for example, in the beginning it is slower, in the middle the transition is faster, then again it slows down before completion of the transition. The effect is spectacular.
4. Personally, I am inspired by this 3D slider

but it is not for WordPress and they stopped developing it, so there are some issues with it. So, I was searching for an alternative to it and I came upon your slider. It works on IE 11. I think you can get some fresh ideas for improvements.I like the other features of the slider – unlike other 3D sliders your slider still shows 2D slide effects on IE11, which is good! I hope you will take my message constructively and do some significant improvements. I think this is the way to have lots and lots of downloads of this plugin.
Best regards ??
