• Hello. I need help. I can’t activate some jetpack module because my site is not public (but it’s already public). Like API JSON. Any way to fix it? thank you.

Could you post your site URL here, so I can have a look?

    Jetpack Mechanic ??

Something appears to be blocking all requests made to your site. You can reproduce the issue by typing the following in a terminal, for example:

    curl -I https://www.winblow.ml/

You will receive a 403 (Forbidden) error.

Do you use a plugin that may restrict access to your site? If so, could you deactivate it and see if it helps?

If you had previously installed a maintenance plugin, I’d recommend that you deactivate and delete it, to make sure it doesn’t interfere.

Let me know how it goes.

Well, i don’t have access to terminal (even SSH). And yes, i use maintenance plugin and i delete it because i test it before and i think the plugin was a cause but it still same and try everything and make me end here. Thanks Jeremy for help.

Could you try to deactivate each one of your plugins, one at a time, and let me know if you find a conflicting plugin?

If that doesn’t seem to help, could you contact your hosting provider and ask them if they currently block all access to your site via cURL?

You can send them this terminal output as an example:

    curl -I https://www.winblow.ml/
    HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden
    Server: nginx
    Date: Fri, 21 Oct 2016 16:04:49 GMT
    Content-Type: text/html
    Content-Length: 162
    Connection: keep-alive
    Vary: Accept-Encoding

Let me know how it goes.
