Some link thumbnails are showing as broken

Sometimes we have links where the thumbnail will not show. It is not on all links shared. We’ve tested our sites plugins and we found that when deactivation the WP Offload Media Lite then the thumbnails would show again. Please see video for an example. Why is this happening, and what can we do about it? Thank you

Please could you check your browser console to see the URL that is loaded for the broken thumbnail when WP Offload Media is enabled?

Kindly look for any 404 errors and image URLs, then send us a screenshot.
