Some links cannot be saved, error that link is not valid

It looks like in some cases, based on the type of link to be cloaked, the software returns an error message: this field can not be empty, and it must be a valid URL

Example:
* https://www/example.com/?ref=4g5g5g
* https://www/example.com#a5cdd6954feebf81bbe019a61

Both are real links, the cloaking software just doesn’t think so.
