Some links not showing???

https://www.f1t.org/ is my site. Upgraded to 2.9. Found new skin.

It uses a plugin called “Customizable Post Listings”. But some things are not showings. When I goto links and make a new category and add a link to it. It shows on other themes. But this is the only good simple theme I’ve seen. Is the theme not compatible???
