some links not working

  • hey up gang,
    quick questions:

    links work on the sidebar, but any posts linked in sidebar click to an error message of page not available.

    permalinks always goto page unavailable error

    first post displayed fine, 2nd post just vanished altogether,not showing in sidebar, not showing on main page, not displaying anywhere.

    new user i maybe, but after 4 hours trying to configure a basic page (why does the widget calendar keep re appearing after ive disabled it?) you will understand that im a bit tired of quite a few bugs im finding with this application.

    thankyou in advance for any info you can share to sort things out.

  • Is the URL of the link correct?

    when you update your permalinks make sure your .htaccess file is writable CHMOD the htacess file to 666, update the permalinks again, and change it back to 644 (or whatever)
