Some lists are empty

    Hi,

    thank you for creating this plugin.

    But I have some problems.

    (Im from germany and I activated ip anonymize)

    Thats my problem:
    – The list of “latest search words” are empty
    – The flag of visitors are “unknow”
    – the list of top pages is empty

    I installed the plugin today and I tested it with three friends.
    Two peoples using google.de (Google Germany) and one using google.ch (Google Swiss).

    Wordpress: 4.7
    PHP: 5.6

    Do you think I have to wait more or need more traffic for showing this data?

    1. We’re dependent on the search engine provider giving us the list of search words in the referrer header and this often does not happen, so this list often takes a while to populate.

    2. Make sure to enable and download the GeoIP database in the “Externals” settings page. Note that as you enabled ip anonymazation you will not be able to populate the historical visitors.

    3. Top pages should be active, but of course make sure you haven’t excluded your testers or the pages they visited. You can enable exclusion tracking to see if the page hits are be excluded and for what reason.
