Some mails didnt sent

    Hi,

    in the last days we get a lot of feedback that the confirmation mail does not arrive.

    I installed an Email Log plugin to check. The plugin says that 90% of the mails are okay but the other 10% didnt show up in the log.

    Please indicate the version number of the Appointment Hour Booking plugin installed at your website and which add-ons have you enabled for it if any.

    Its version 9.4.34
    I use the following Add-Ons: Limit number of appointments, cancellation link, frontend lost group by date, shedude calendar content customizaton, remove or ignore old bookings, additional booking statuses, admin calendar in frontend

    OK, those add-ons don’t affect the email delivery. I’ll need more info about the cases that appear in the bookings list but don’t appear in the email logs.
