• Thank you for this wonderful free plugin. I have the Latex plugin you recommended in one of your help articles installed. In the quizzes, only [latex]^[/latex] seem to work. Other expressions like square roots, fractions etc \sqrt, \frac does not work. I noticed the \beside the expressions that aren’t working is removed when I click on Publish/update. Expressions that doesn’t have the \ that you used for an example is the only one that seem to be working. And unfortunately, over 95% of mathjax expression seem to use the \

Is there something I’m missing? How do I go about this? This defeats the purpose of MathJax/Latex compatibility with Learnpress.

Please kindly and urgently look into this.

Is the learnpress plugin still active? Is anyone fully using the mathematical signs aside from the ^? Our project is on hold because of this. Can someone please tell us what to do?

@topicwisequiz @veedr Did you find a solution to add fractions and other MathJax/latex mathematical equations with learnpress to your website? Please help me, only ^ seem to be working, fractions, square roots and more aren’t working for me.

Please share any solution you got 6 months ago.

I posted a support question but no response from the plugin author yet.

I look forward to hearing from you.

@thimpress , Can you please help check why the / isn’t showing up for quizzes Latex/MathJax mathematical expression, hence making all mathematical signs not displaying?

Should I look forward to any update for the inclusion and recognition of / soon?

My project is on hold. I’d like to know if I should be expecting an update soon.

We are on construction and do use learnpress together with the KaTex-Plugin with does support
    [latex]^[/latex] too.

You can try if you get the requested results.

Perhaps it does only work for us, because we do use latex with an accordion-plugin that does use TinyMCE and not directly in the LearnPress Editor. I don’t know.

Hope you will find a solution for your problem.

Thanks for taking your time to reply. I don’t consider Learnpress reliable for my extensive quiz needs, hence I am using another reliable software. My project is going smoothly now.

    @risingbet

I can understand your decision. We still have to fix problems LearnPress seem to cause and there are several functions missing. Latex & LearnPress = a combination not working well right now ??

Hi @risingbet I also got the same problem ?? Is it still a problem right now ? May I know the solution you use for the exact same problem ?

@rizkyramadhana26 The solution I opted for was using another LMS entirely.
