Some missed chats and offiline messages are not notified by email

  • Hi,

    We are using Tawk.to version 0.7.2, it is a cool plugin but we have an issue now

    Some missed chats and offiline messages are not notified by email even though we set to receive notifications by email and it used to work before

    I checked today that we had some missed and offline messages accessing from desktop that we did not get notified about via email, some get notified by email other do not

    In addition, You can control and manage emails received for chats and tickets in the Mail?Notification?s section of your dashboard: 1. Select the Administration (gear) icon in the upper tab menu.?2. In the left menu under Settings, select Mail?Notification?s.?3.
