Some names will not add to subscribers

I am having an issue lately where I will add a new subscriber to our database and it will indicate that a new name was added, but it will not appear when I go in and search for it.

This could happen if the subscriber is already added to your MailPoet plugin but may have been moved to the Trash, for example.

Can you please check if any of these new subscribers you’re trying to add are listed in the Trash?

Thank you for responding. Thank you that did help. I have one other question. I have a subscriber that keeps showing as “Bounced” and the email address is good and I can send emails to them from a different email account. Is there anywhere that I can see why this address keeps bouncing? I tried deleting their account, emptying the trash, and adding again with the same result.

How can I troubleshoot this issue?

In this case, we need to remove this address from the suppression list, as the subscriber may have been marked as Bounced in our system.

Please contact us about it via this form and share in the email the email address that should be removed.
