Brother Farhan! Email field is not validating in your plugin forms.
if i am inserting dsasd and submitting application, it gives no error or warning and successfully submit the application.other thing is that can we have conditional notification emails in your plugin?
i mean when creating an ad, give some check boxes and show all emails ids given in
“List of e-mails to get application alerts” box, so the user can check the id’s on which he wants to sent the notification email. i hope you got my point.the other thing is applicant should also be notified by email after submitting application.
and the last feature that can be useful is, we should reply back from the wordpress admin panel so we don’t need to send email separately from email account.
when we look at the applied applications in “Applications” sub menu, we should have something like Select, Reject or pending. so we can select or reject an applicant and from the content area we can send an email back to the applicant.
Hope you will look into these.

Thank you for pointing out this issue. Actually eMail field type is not available in the application editor hence front-end email validation is not working. I have noted all of your points and will add email field type and other necessary features in the next plugin update. You will get this update in a week or two.
