Some newsletter don't send – test works

I have been through all of your support documentation and I use your plugin on other sites within my multi-site network and on other independent sites. Most of it works fine. Except:

https://panopticnews.com/bookshopbistro – is not sending Auto Newsletters that are scheduled to send when a new post is added to my wordpress site. I have some scheduled to send immediately when a new post is added – those ones sit highlighted green as if trying to send but never go anywhere unless I click the “send now” option on them. I have some scheduled to send on a specific day after posts have been added throughout the week and those aren’t even trying to send. The confirmation emails and the ones scheduled to send immediately when a new person subscribes send out fine.

https://tanyajones.ca – the confirmation emails are not being sent the most new subscribers – I have had them checking their junk/spam and have tried sending from different email addresses – same results. Sending tests works fine. It was working before but now it’s not.

I’ve checked as much as I am capable of checking and sent tests – I get no errors of any kind.
