Some of my products are downloads

    Hi

    I have just sync a Facebook plugin to sell my products on fb through my wordpress woo commerce site.

    Half of my site is for knitting patterns which are automatic downloads – I need to stop them showing on fb. I need it just to show the physical products – can anyone tell me how to do that – I put the words knitting pattern in the fb plug in to stop them syncing – but they are showing on my fb site.

    Thanks for reaching out. Happy to help you with this!

    With the current version of the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin (1.11.4), “virtual” products should not be syncing to your Facebook shop. This is because Facebook currently does not allow you to sell non-physical products in your shop.

    Would you please confirm that you have the latest version of the plugin and you’ve marked your pattern products as “virtual”? You can find this setting when editing a product at the very top of the “Product data” section (screenshot: https://d.pr/i/rdRV66) or within a variation’s individual settings (screenshot: https://d.pr/i/s0lasC).
