some of the mails don’t arrive, although signed up and in the list

    Hi there!
    Some of the recipients on my list don’t receive my emails. I asked them to sign up again and they did, reiceived the confirmation link and confirmed. But still the next mail I sent didn’t go through to them. Most of the others do, as far as I know.
    Can you help?
