    Hello, woocommerce and everything else is up to date. For the last few months, some order e-mails have not been reaching me. It’s not in the spam folder either. Some emails are not coming. I researched the reason for this a lot. We contacted the hosting company and made arrangements. We installed SMTP. However, we could not find a solution. Can you help with this?

    In most cases, if an email is not being sent/received, then the issue is not with WooCommerce itself but with the email function on your web host.

    As a first step, you may consider installing a plugin such as WP Mail Logging. This will allow you to access all outgoing email logs from your site. If you observe that mail is being sent, it’s worth inspecting your SMTP settings.
