    This has been puzzling for months now and I really hope you can assist. I’m using your plugin to autocomplete virtual orders, I only sell one product (a virtual item, subscription using woocommerce subscriptions) and some orders complete immediately while others stay pending and then eventually fail and refund the purchase.

    What could be happening here? I have two different WP installations on separate product websites, one running 3.8 and the other a slightly earlier version and it happens to both. They’re running different sets of plugins (with a few in common) as well.

    Hi, sorry for the late answer. Normally the plugin is triggered by a successful payment: it is of primary importance that WordPress (and wooCommerce) receives the notification of successful payment (triggering the “payment successful” status). If there is the sightliest issue in the communication (e.g. in the IPN settings of PayPal) wooCommerce might be not aware that the payment was already completed.
