    There are some orders that are sent via an API that don’t send the new order email. Even when I manually try to resend the new order email, it doesn’t work.

    How would I best debug this?

    So sorry to hear about this.

    * In order to check if the emails are sent correctly, you can install a plugin like:
    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-mail-logging/

    * If emails are being triggered but are not sent be sure to check your SMTP configuration.
