Some Pages do not TRANSFER To new HOST correctly

  • hi all.

    i am moving from Aplus.net to Hostgator based upon some problems i have been having with my web page periodically not loading over a number of years with no solution.

    however, as i test on the new location i seem to be having a problem that appears to involve “Pages” in WordPress being cut off in a manner that truncates the actual text that is supposed to be on the page. this seems to be happening only on some of the “Pages” and not on others.

    i am including screenshots showing the correct display on the existing site and the truncated display (much less text and no url links) for the SWAMP version. first two are the bad swamp versions and second two are the good originals.

    i get the HOME page truncated in the manner shown as well as the same thing when i click on the “about formpig” menu item and i also get the same thing when i click on at least one other menu item but not all of them.

    can you help please?

    is it possible that some of these are not pages at all or that they are formatted incorrectly somehow?
