Some pages on my site randomly jump when scrolling down

Hello,

My wordpress site randomly jumps while scrolling down on certain pages. For example if I go to https://www.jpnaturalfragrances.com/?product=african-musk-oil-unisex and I scroll all away down it starts to jump up and down. This happens on other pages as well and it is random. The name of the theme is WinterDream. Could any one share with me any thoughts on what it may be?
