    I think there may be some errors in your PDF document. Try running it through Adobe Acrobat Pro first to look for errors. It may be worth compressing it too. You can find details around how to do this here:

    Thanks for your answer.
    my PDF is made from an Indesign document. I already optimized the PDF with acrobat Pro, Its de same. The first page is always blank, I’m obliged to convert it by export in JPEG, and in photoshop transform in PDF and re-import in the file to have a correct view in the viewver.

    Otherwise, in your viewer, can I download a file from a hight resolution PDF who is in my file media. (by changing the link for example).
