    Hi,
I’ve been experiencing some problems with payments lately (I have the latest plugin version).
In the Stripe dashboard the 3Dsecure is enabled in the correct way for all payments (I also contacted Stripe by phone and they confirmed that everything is set correctly).
I’ve received some orders that don’t have the lock symbol in the Stripe dashboard (so they haven’t been processed with the 3DSecure). Why not?

Also, lately I’ve been receiving more and more failed payment attempts via Stripe and your plugin. Could you check / update the plugin to make payments more reliable?

    Thank you

    Hi @teamecommerce

As of version 4.2.0 of our Stripe plugin released in May of 2019, 3D Secure settings are no longer available in the gateway settings. You’ll need to use Stripe Radar instead.

You can edit your Stripe Radar rules here: https://dashboard.stripe.com/radar/rules

Also, if you’re still seeing an option to enabled 3D Secure in your Stripe settings, you might be using an outdated version of the plugin. Please go ahead and update that if so.

    I hope that helps!
