The popout is not the original file from the plugin, it’s been modified.

Please put back the original file, and if there’s a problem I’ll try help out.

It looks like it’s because of the way you have the server/site configured, using forwarding or similar. It causes a security block in the browser:

Uncaught SecurityError: Blocked a frame with origin "https://www.martydeedonovan.co.uk" from accessing a frame with origin "https://allhallowscommunityradio.com". Protocols, domains, and ports must match.

basically all the urls in the your page are from another domain, the martydee one (presumably where the install is).
