• I installed the W3 Total Cache plugin for my WordPress website and experiencing an issue.

    Problem:
When users visit checkout page while logged in, some icons are shown broken. It is odd as all other pages are showing the same icons correctly. Users that are not logged in can also can see the same icons correctly. This problem happens no matter what browser they use and only happens with the checkout page when logged in.

    Installation:
I am using Avada theme and WooCommerce. I made sure to follow the instructions listed below so both Avada and WooCommerce won’t have any issue.

    Some troubleshooting:
I deactivated the plugin and the problem is gone. I re-activated the plugin and disabled everything from W3 Total Cache general setting such as page caching, browser caching, minify, etc… and the problem is back.

Does anyone know how to fix this issue?

  • I’m having a similar issue as you, but I just have blank white space where the image should be when logged in. Using beaver builder. Have you tried messing around with different cache for logged in users settings?

I removed the w3 total cache from my website for now, and haven’t tried other plugins yet.

I wonder if this is something to do with my hosting provider? When gzip compression was enabled, my hosting provider, Bluehost, error logs panel was showing a lot of errors as below:

exec used but not allowed in /home/xxxxx/public_html/500.shtml

May I ask what hosting provider you are with?

I am getting the same error message for one of my clients who uses blue host – I’m wondering if you resolved your issue, and if so how? Thanks.
