Some plugins don’t link to the plugin page

On my site, there are three plugins that don’t link to the plugin page.
These are:Layout grid: https://nl-be.www.ads-software.com/plugins/layout-grid/
Spicebox: https://nl-be.www.ads-software.com/plugins/spicebox/
WP Toolbox: https://nl-be.www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-toolbelt/Has this to do with the URL not being coded in the plugin where your plugin can find it…?
